sigh... i have a friend i think almost exactly like you .. same age, good looks, comfortable family, religious orientation, same attitude and lack of focus towards men and relationships ... i think i get it now
ReplyDeleteI hear u there. I have no focus or idea when it comes to men. While most girls go for security and financial stability, I'm well prepared to offer myself those things in my own right. When people Ask me what I look for in a man, my answer is always " I don't know. Someone nice". But somehow there's always a deal breaker in every guy. Too short. Too dark. Too boring. Too different. Too chubby. It's almost like my expectations have become so unrealistic that such ideal partner doesn't exist. So I opt for the easy targets after my recent breakup instead - the obviously hot ones. Pathetic - I know! Lol
ReplyDeleteI think your right ...because you don't share the same criteria as most other women, you end up with many deal breakers...like too short too dark too boring too different too chubby which would be ok except you find it impossible to fulfill your criteria, and you end up having to amuse yourself with easy targets which are rewarding/exciting but ultimately unsatisfying lol
ReplyDeletehaha because I'm similarly unburdened by the same criteria as other people.. i shall not compromise well .. not a lot anyway lol ... very good looks, nice body, very tall , smart, good education, very good family background..why is this so hard ? :P oh wait.. i have a few other essential of course ! ...you would think the market would respond at least the first set of criteria LOL you know anyone ?
I think I'm too young to conpromise. Let me have another few years of fun and then I'll marry myself off to some conventionally eligible husband material in a few years.
