Back from HK. Went straight to work from the airport.
Had a good night's sleep last night and a hot shower in the morning, I feel like I'm living a dignified existence again.
Had a wonderful time in HK. Busy with networking and socialising. But I've met more people than I ever imagined.
I spent my last few days in HK with someone special. It's been three months since my last proper cuddle and I almost forgot how nice it feels to wake up in someone's arms, fingers-locked. No butterflies in my stomach. But I felt like I could stay in bed with him all day long.
I almost forgot how refreshing it feels to have someone who is sweet and baggage free.
Like i said to him as i was hopping into my car, "you just seem so sweet and normal."
It was a bittersweet goodbye.
Maybe I'll see you over there. Or maybe I'll see you back here in a few months.
It is what it is. Do not chase it.
