Detox Week: Day Fucking One

Been indulging in rich foods, booze (average daily consumption = 3 glasses of wine) and late nights and it's really showing signs of overload.

Decided to start eating healthy from now on to rejuvenate my poor gut and I think I've done quite well today:

Breakfast: savoury oats porridge with leftover roast chicken *just like chinese chicken porridge except this is full of dietary fibre and is low GI.

Snack: freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and a pack of fresh blackberries

Lunch: rice vermicelli noodle soup with chicken breast

Dinner: home made Fish Taco


Looking forward to the end of the week to see the result :)
